Jane Snookes

Hi, I'm Jane Snookes.  I live with my husband, three energetic children, two horses and noisy spaniel. I've been around horses since I was six years old and if you're looking for me you will probably find me riding and being servant to her horse, Santella, and pony, Hugo.

In my many years as a clinical hypnotherapist I have seen the resilience and internal strength that comes from healing power of the mind through creativity and change in thought processes using straight forward techniques. This is a skill especially important for children to learn.

Three years ago, the idea for an adventure intertwined with tips on dealing with childhood anxieties formed in my mind and the Quantors and Elequai were born. I wanted to show you true human strength and let you feel the freedom of inspired imagination.

I am working to produce a series of these high quality, fantasy adventures, The Quantor Chronicles to inform and teach coping skills and improve resilience through the power of stories. Please let me know what you think of my book.

Hi, I am a BA Concept Art graduate studying a Masters degree. I work mainly freelance while studying and hope to enter the art industry when I graduate my Masters. In my spare time I enjoy reading, writing and spending time with my horse, Rusty. I can't thank Jane enough for giving me this fantastic opportunity to illustrate The Unexpected Quantor and look forward to working on the next one.
